Terms And Conditions
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Anyone who sings or is interested in music / spirituality. Age no bar.
REGISTRATION FEE:
- Rs. 2000/- per person {Attached rooms on sharing basis (4 in a room)}
- Rs. 1000/- per child below 5 years. (Inclusive of accommodation and meals for all 3 days)
- Rs. 6000/- for exclusive room for 2 persons. For extra person, Rs. 2000/- extra will be charged.
The above fees include accommodation, all meals and transportation from Panaji & back.
Check in will be on 21st Dec. 2023 evening.
Check out for all participants will be on 25th Dec. 2023 at 08:00 a.m.
FOOD: Breakfast, Mid tea, Lunch, Evening tea & dinner (Only Veg)
TRANSPORTATION: Bus will be arranged from Kala Academy to the venue and back on the day of departure (21st Dec. 2023 at p.m.) and arrival (25th Dec. 2023 at 08:00 a.m.) at Kala Academy.
Route: Kala Academy - Porvorim - Karaswada - Asnoda - Dodamarg Road - Sal & back.
REQUIREMENTS: Basic personal requirements, bed sheets / blankets, sweater / cardigans, towel, notebooks, pen, yoga mat, mosquito repellent, hand sanitizer, toiletries etc.
