- Registration fee (Rs. 1000/-) is for the enrollment for Music Academy which is non-refundable and it is a one time payment.
- Tuition fee will be a monthly fee and is non-refundable. Payment should be made on or before the 5th day of every month. In case a student misses a lesson/class, the student will be marked absent. However, if the class is cancelled due to absence of the trainer, then the school will reschedule the class and intimate about the same.
- Category description is as follows:
- Children – 4 yrs to 14 yrs
- Amateurs – Anyone who is new to music
- Professionals – Those who have been learning music and wish to practice it
- Seniors – Above 50 yrs of age.
- Students learning Sarangi will have to arrange for Sarangi Instrument on their own. However, academy will help in the buying of instrument.
- If a student leaves the academy and takes a break from the academy, their registration will remain valid for 3 months from the date of last attendance. Thus, if the student rejoins within 1 month he or she need not pay the admission fee again. However, a fee of Rs.500/- will be applicable as rejoining fee after 3 months.
- Any function other than regular classes will be charged according to the nature and extent of program.
- All changes and queries related to extra lessons, time tables, payments, holidays, etc have to be communicated to the academy office only. Teachers will not be able to help students on these issues.
- The school works for 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday. The schedule of holidays will be displayed on the academy’s notice board from time to time.
- The batch and day for music classes will be fixed as per the convenience of the teacher and the student. The timings so fixed will not be changed during the course of the terms.
- Students should attend the classes regularly. Students whose attendance is irregular or who is absent frequently and for long period without prior intimation would be removed from the rolls. The Academy reserves the right to terminate the student any time, if their work or discipline is found to be unsatisfactory. In all matters, decisions of the Academy shall be final and irrevocable.
