Musical Training

Rajendra J. Naik developed a deep passion for music and theatre from an early age. His initial training in music began under Shri Ladu Gawnekar, after which he received advanced guidance from eminent gurus at Kala Academy, Panaji — Shri Maheshkumar Chinchkhandi, Shri D. Panshikar, Shri Ramesh Sukhtankar, and Shri Ramdas Kamat. He completed Sangeet Visharad from Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya with distinction and later obtained the Sangeet Kushal and Sangeet Parangat (Master’s Degree) from Kala Academy, Goa. He also trained in Natya Sangeet under Shri Ramdas Kamat, a disciple of the legendary Pt. Jitendra Abhisheki.

• Recognized A-grade Artist of All India Radio in Konkani and Marathi Drama.
• Winner of multiple prestigious awards in theatre and music competitions, including:
  • Delhi Drama Competition – Best Singer-Actor Award
